Brody Ockander is originally from Wisner, Nebraska. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Concordia University in Austin, Texas in 2003. Brody then received his Juris Doctorate, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska college of Law. There, Brody completed a General Litigation Skill Program of concentrated study. He also participated in various Moot court competitions and trial advocacy courses.
While in law school, Brody was a member of Robert Van Pelt Inn of Court and was awarded the Alan L. Plessman Student Award. In addition, Brody worked as a senior certified prosecutor at the Lancaster County Attorney’s office and was a law clerk for Rehm, Bennett, & Moore, where he joined the firm as an associate upon graduation from law school in 2008.
Brody is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (NATA) as well as the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG).
