Roger became a shareholder of Rehm, Bennett & Moore, P.C., LLO in 2003 after joining the firm in 2000. Roger received his law degree from the Nebraska College of Law in 1997 and is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nebraska. From 1997 to 2000 Roger worked as a general practitioner. Roger's practice currently emphasizes Workers' Compensation, Social Security Appeals and Personal Injury. Roger has argued cases in front of the Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals on multiple occasions. 

Roger and his wife, Michaella, reside in Lincoln with their three children. Roger has been active in the community as a Mason, and as a YMCA youth sports coach for several years. In addition to community involvement, Roger is a member of the National Organization for Social Security Claimant's Representatives, Work Injury Law Advocacy Group, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the Nebraska Bar Association. 

Roger's hobbies and interests include following all University of Nebraska-Lincoln sports, football, baseball, golf, history and a good cigar.
